Disclosed are a system and a method for homography based hybrid mixture models for rehab engineering. The system and the method for homography based hybrid mixture models for rehab engineering provide a vision based solution, a mathematical model for 2D to 3D projection, data collection, camera calibration and homography calculation as well as a design of a framework for hybrid approach by integrating homography and voxel mapping techniques.
