DEVELOPMENT OF HELICOPTER SOLENOID VALVE

Solenoid valve is a safety device in the hydraulic system of Helicopter. It works with 28 V DC and two way two position normally open valve. Solenoid valve installed in the pressure line of hydraulic circuit. Hydraulic package is a fluid reservoir with n ecessary warning (temperature, fluid level, pressure) and indication (pressure readings) required for the hydraulic system. Hydraulic package is filled with hydraulic fluid and fluid level is continuously monitored. Hydraulic package proximity switch on the low level in dicator will be ON if the fluid level decreases below a permitted amount and also this proximity switch in turn connected with solenoid valve. Further fluid loss will be stopped by the activation of solenoid valve.
