The present invention relates to lowering of water temperature of a sea surface and more specifically the invention relates t o methods of reducing the Melting of Polar- Ice and Permafrost caused by the Heat-Transfer from Sea Surface Temperature from the Polar-Sea to the Polar-Icy-Coast. This invention will also enable in the replenishment of the Polar-Ice and Permafrost, the prevention of Sea Level Rise and Land Warming and Coastal Erosion by the Sea Surface Temperature in Tropical and Temperate Zones.
