UNIVERSAL SINGLE CYLINDER 4 STROKE PETROL ENGINE TEST RIG

摘要

The aim of our project is to test the different manufacturer"s two wheeler single cylinder engine in a single table. Nowadays two wheeler single cylinder four stroke or two stroke engine manufacturing industries and testing centers use many number of testing beds to test their engines. Because, the engine size is not same for all type of the models. So for every engines or each model they need sepárate test rig. To overeóme these drawbacks, we designed and fabricated a new test rig table which is universal type. In this setup, we can mount different manufacturer"s engine in a same test rig and also we can test the engine easily. By this method engine testing set up time and cost of fabrication for each model is reduced
