The inventors have developed an adjustable test rig that can evaluate and analyze the performance of any evaporative cooler of any manufacturer. The developed adjustable test rig analyzes the cooling efficiency of evaporative cooler by altering the various parameters like aspect ratio, pad thickness, frontal velocity, water flow rate etc. These parameters are considered carefully during fabrication so that efficiency of cooling can be verified and best parameters can be selected for taking final production of the cooler.
