The invention relates to a roller drafting arrangement (1) of a workstation of a textile machine processing staple fibers, particularly a spinning machine, a machine producing a roving, or a knitting machine, for drafting at least one strand-shaped staple fiber bundle (3) running into the roller drafting arrange- ment (1) in a transport direction (T), the roller drafting arrangement (1) comprising at least one drafting zone bounded by an intake roller arrangement (6) and an discharge (7) roller arrangement, the intake roller arrangement (6) comprising an intake roller (8) and an intake counter roller (9) acting together with the same and the discharge roller arrangement (7) comprising a dis- charge roller (1 0) and a discharge counter roller (11) acting together with the same, and the roller drafting arrangement (1) comprising an endless apron (12) looping around the intake roller (8) and an apron guide (19) spaced apart from the intake roller (8) in the transport direction (T) and guided by the same. The invention proposes that the endless apron (12) is associated with at least one fiber guiding element (13) fixed in place and elastic in design at least in segments, wherein the fiber guiding element (13) presses the staple fiber bundle (3) against a segment of the endless apron (12) running between the intake roller (8) and the apron guide (19) during operation of the roller drafting arrangement (1) and at this adapts at least in segments to the con- tour of the endless apron (12).
