Flushing and ensuring cleanliness up to desired NAS standard of bearing cavities are mandatory quality requirements of aero e ngine assembly. The bearings and associated rotating mechanisms inside the chamber need to be. rotated during the flushing in order to have satisfactory and effective cleaning. This invented equipment is designed for the flushing of inner cavities of power turbine of turbo starter engines with hot oil with interlocks and safety provision to avoid dry run and. achieve desired NAS class of purity. The invented equipment will meet the requirement of flushing the power turbine of turbo starter with hot oil with rotation to ach ieve required NAS class of purity. Provision has been made to collect sample of oil without interrup ting the system flushing and interlock has been provided to prevent dry run of bearings. Quick coupling band clamp has been provided for ease of mounting apd dismounting the power turbine module to couple it with the drive motor.
