DOMAIN NAME RESOLUTION METHOD BASED ON TCP PROTOCOL IN MOBILE INTERNET AND DNS SERVER

The present invention provides a domain name resolution method based on the TCP protocol in the mobile Internet and a DNS server. The domain name resolution method comprises: after a DNS server receives a domain name resolution request sent by a mobile terminal browser the DNS server first determining that a resolution result matching the domain name does not exist in a c aching library or a DNS database of the DNS server the DNS server then initiating the domain name resolution request to a Bind cache server group of at least one region the Bind cache server group sending a domain name resolution result to the DNS server and the DNS server then selecting a domain name resolution result and returning the domain name resolution result to the mobile terminal browser. By means of the present invention a problem of data packet loss caused by poor network quality in the mobile Internet can be solved thereby enhancing the usability and stability of a DNS server during webpage browsing.
