the oxygenated derivatives of pyridazine are known for the richness of their therapeutic potential, and pharmacological drug information. the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti psychotropic drugs are also reported in the literature.from these considerations, is the idea of synthesis and study of new spin offs of pyridazin-3 - 3 (2h) - ones and pyridazin3 (2h) - thiones from toxicological studies, and to explore their biological and pharmacological activities.a recent study has shown that the products synthesized were not toxic to therapeutic doses, and they are gifted with sedative, muscle relaxant, and anxiolytic activity, they also showed anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antimicrobial and antifungal agent.
