Provided is a cosmetic and/or dermatological skin composition of topical use for increasing and/or improving the skin cellular hydration using peptides for protecting and/or repairing the damaged DNA of the skin. The composition of the present invention is characterized in that it has at least an agent for increasing and/or improving the cellular skin hydration, amongst which are: acetyl hexapeptide-51 amide, acetyl dipeptide-3 aminohexanoate, ascorbyl palmitate, ubiquinone, vegetable origin multi-layer nanoliposomes, folic acid, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate poly concentric liposomes, extract of Lepidium meyenhi, extract of Humulus lupulus, hyaluronic acid, glycolic acid, lysine and arginine. The invention uses systems of modified release and deep hydration such as molecular modification, multi-layer nanoliposomes and poly concentric liposomes for ensuring the absorption of the active in the skin.
