The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for an on-demand non-hormonal contraception and to a method for producing said pharmaceutical composition. The composition contains 2H-indazoles as novel EP2 receptor antagonists in combination with COX inhibitors. The invention further relates to a method for the female-controlled on-demand non-hormonal contraception, wherein a pharmaceutical composition which contains EP2 receptor antagonists in combination with COX inhibitors is taken on-demand prior to an expected sexual intercourse.
