Provided is a multiplex pipe and system for recovering steam from geothermal wells capable of resolving all of the various problems with a neutralizing pipe capable of being formed by coating the inner face of a single acid resistant pipe with an alkaline resistant film. A multiplex pipe (10) for recovering steam from a geothermal well (GT) comprises an external casing pipe (1), and a duplex pipe (4) freely sliding relative to the interior of the casing pipe (1) and having a first gap (5) with the inner face of the casing pipe (1), and comprising an acid resistant exterior pipe (2) and an alkaline resistant inner pipe (3) and having a second gap (6) between the exterior pipe (2) and inner pipe (3), wherein hot acidic water is neutralized by an alkaline chemical solution injected, via a space (7) in the inner pipe (3), into the hot acidic water accumulated in an acidic geothermal well (GT), and flashed steam is recovered, via the first gap (5), by ejecting the neutralized hot water (V) onto the ground.
