Heterocyclylpyri (mi) dinylpyrazole as fungicidals

Provided are heterocyclylpyri(mi)dinylpyrazole derivative compounds of the formula (I), wherein the variables are as defined in the specification. Examples of the compounds include N-{ 4-[6-(4-fluorophenyl)-2,3- dihydropyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]oxazol-7-yl]pyridin-2-yl} acetamide and N-{ 4-[2-(4-fluorophenyl)-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrazolo[5,1-b] [1,3] oxazin-3-yl]pyridin-2-yl} -2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropanecarboxamide. The compounds can be used for controlling phytopathogenic fungi and mycotoxins.
