The invention relates to a system for finding the victims of an earthquake which are trapped under collapsed buildings. According to the invention, the system comprises a steel cylinder (1) isolated in its middle part by a ring (2) which divides the cylinder (1) into two galvanically insulated compartments (I, II), where, in the compartment (I) there is placed an electrostatic sensor (SE) having the casing of the cylinder (1) as antenna, and in the compartment (II) there is placed a radio emitter (TR) with a supply battery (B) while diametrally opposite, in the top part of the compartment (II), there is a vial (F) filled with water; both compartments (I, II) are sealed with epoxy resin, except for a place meant for a printed wiring connecting the battery (B) to the radio emitter (TR).
