The invention relates to an installation meant to water small surfaces cultivated with plants in conditions of the absence for several days of the person which carries out the watering. According to the invention, the installation comprises a water-filled dosage vessel (1), a float (2) provided with a jar (3) having a hole (a) cut in the bottom part thereof, the water from the jar (3) runs-out with a very low and constant rate of flow through a tube (4) into a vessel (6) which tilts about an axle (8) spilling the water into a collection vessel (10) and automatically returns to the initial position, the water from the collection vessel (10) runs out with a high rate of flow, being distributed towards the watering points, the water passing continuously from a container (12) into the dosage vessel (1).
