According to the invention, the process consists in mixing 50...55% fragments of dead branches of fruit trees, such as apple tree, plum tree, apricot tree, cherry tree, having sizes of 0.5...1 cm, 20...25% dry leaves thereof, 15...20% liquid distillery marc with 3...5% dry matter resulting from alcoholic distillation of fermented fruit juices from the same fruit tree species, 1...2% flax seed, 1...3% fodder chalk, up to a pH value of 4.5...5.5, the mixture being transferred into culturing vessels as a nutritive medium for edible mushrooms Pleurotus eryngii.
