The invention relates to a process for consolidating and repairing poles and structure elements made of centrifugally-cast reinforced concrete, in electric lines and sub-stations. According to the invention, the process consists in applying, along the entire height of the pole (9) or structure element, a first layer (2) of fine concrete with a granulation ranging between 0...1 mm, at a thickness varying between 2.5...3.5 mm, after which 1...3 layers (3) of glass fiber cloth are applied with a 20-cm overlap, within an interval of 15...25 cm on the circumference, other fine concrete layers (2) being applied between the cloth layers, followed by a final fine concrete layer (2) and a carbon fiber cloth (4), on a height (a) which, in relation to the pole diameter (b), is in a ratio a/b=3...4.2 from the foundation surface, after which a final fine concrete layer (5) with a thickness ranging between 5...8 mm is applied along the entire pole height, the consolidation being finished by casting a reinforced concrete superfoundation (6) within the perimeter of the existing foundation, on a height (c) which, in relation to the height (a) of the last carbon fiber cloth (4), is in a ratio c/a=0.25...0.36.
