Device is described consisting of 12 parts. Enclosed demountable frame is composed of the upper base (1), a lower base jaw carrier (2) of connected bracing pillars of circular section aluminum alloy (3) by screws (9). Tension in-control is designed runners with carrier jaws (4) moving and lines between pillars of aluminum alloy (3) and clamping screw (8) and nut (7), with which the rotating torque wrench forms known clamping force F in X axis of the studied sample rubber textile conveyor belt (12). Grooved fixing jaw (5) and (6) are height-adjustable for different thicknesses of the sample rubber-textile conveyor belt (12) and by means of screw connections (10) form a firm locked connection. Grooved fixing jaw (5) and (6) are at the bottom of the base (1) or to the management of the carrier jaws (4) connected to screw connections (11).
