Device for testing the properties of the working fluid and the materials of the heat exchange surfaces at different pressure, which can be real-time visual observation and visualization methods to evaluate the ongoing process of heat transfer, comprises a chamber (1) thermo siphon, on which the two opposite walls welded the inner frame (2). The inner frame (2) is fitted with transparent heavy wall glass (3) which is fixed to the pressure outside the frame (4), wherein the use maintains the leak-tightness of the seal device. The lower part of the chamber (1) closes the discharge flange (5) on which are mounted two segments of the base (6). The upper part of the chamber (1) is closed by a removable cover (7) fitted with closing the gas valve (8) and two replaceable heat exchange blocks (9), which is following the course of condensation (membrane and drip). The flow of cooling medium through the heat exchange block (9) is provided the inlet conduit (10) which is provided with a flow meter (11). The refrigerant is then discharged via outlet pipe (12). Pressure control device provides a vacuum adapter (13) with pressure gauge equipped with a check valve (14) connected to a vacuum pump (15). The bottom of the housing chamber (1) is a built-in electrical coil (16), which regulation is achieved by power regulator (17) to the potentiometer (18). The side wall of the chamber (1) are arranged sensors (19) connected to the evaluation unit (20). The dosing device to the exact amount of the working fluid (21). Assembly is hermetically sealed to form a vacuum in the device.
