A low-frequency vibration stand comprises an object stage connected to base by means of telescopic guideways and resilient member mounted on the body of electronic module comprising an amplifier, ADC, digital communication system and power module actuating oscillation module with engine and junction plate with shrunk-in liners. The electronic module has a pulse-duration control device which input is connected to the power module and output to engine. The oscillation module comprises a disk with eccentric clamp as spiral-shaped notch.
