METHOD FOR PREDICTING RISK OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

The method for predicting the risk of endothelial dysfunction in pregnant women with metabolic syndrome comprises identifying association between endothelial dysfunction and the level of visceral fat in the body. The content of the visceral fat is measured by the bioimpedance analysis of body composition in pregnant women in the period of 22-24 weeks. The level exceeding 16 U suggests the endothelial dysfunction, which is a proven predictor of preeclampsia.
