METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING INFLAMMATION OF COLON MUCOSA IN IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME

The method for diagnosing the inflammation of the colon mucosa in the irritable bowel syndrome includes the morphological study of biopsy of the mucous membrane of the colon. Additionally, the total cell count characteristic of inflammation is estimated prior to and after the treatment. The increase in cell count above 50 in the field of vision is indicative of the inflammation of the colon mucosa in the irritable bowel syndrome.
