METHOD FOR BIOACTIVATION OF LYOPHILIZED XENOGRAFTS

The method for bioactivation of the lyophilized xenografts includes moisturizing lyophilized xenografts with activated physiologic saline at the preparatory stage before transplantation. For xenograft moisturizing, the composition of dimexide and lipin in ozonized physiologic saline at a 1:100 ratio is used. The physiologic saline is activated by the direct bubbling with ozone-oxygen mixture. At the post-transplantation stage, xenografts are covered with the wipes impregnated with "Ozonide" oil and dioxysol solution. The irrigation with the said composition is provided daily for 10-12 days.
