A method of fine diamond processing cylindrical surfaces of wear-resistant parts of rotation, made of nickel-based composite alloys for printing machines by fine-grained grinding tools provides that the part is fixed on a cylindrical grinding machine of precision accuracy with rotation thereof at a given speed about a horizontal axis and simultaneous imparting smooth longitudinal reciprocal movement with speed in the direction parallel to the axis of rotation of the part surface, the part surface hard contacts with the cutting cylindrical surface of the periphery of the grinding tool, which rotates at high speed around its axis, disposed in the space of the machine in parallel to the part rotation axis in the direction of longitudinal reciprocal movement with simultaneous cutting a chip from the part surface with applying to the cutting zone of cutting fluid. In the process as fine-grained grinding tools the fine-grained wheel are used, which are made of synthetic diamond (AC) with 14-28 μm grain size with bakelite-rubber binder (Br1), and processing the external cylindrical surface of the part, made of nickel-based composite alloy is performed under the following process modes: speed of rotation of the grinding wheel - 35-40 m/s, speed of rotation of the part -40-60 m/min, speed of longitudinal reciprocal movement of the part (longitudinal feed) - 40-60 m/rev, and depth of cutting of the metal layer (depth of cut) - 2-5 μm, with the active use of cutting fluid (coolant).
