METHOD FOR BILIARY-ENTERIC DETOXIFICATION IN OBSTRUCTIVE MECHANICAL JAUNDICE

The method for the biliary-enteric detoxification in the obstructive mechanical jaundice includes the drainage of the bile ducts with two drainages, the dilution and the detoxification of bile, the collection of the removed bile in a container, further detoxification of bile in the container followed by returning the bile in the body. The drainage of the bile ducts is performed by puncture percutaneous-transhepatic via the lobular bile ducts. One of the drainages is passed to the level of the common bile duct. The dilution and the detoxification of bile are provided by intraductal dropwise ozonation via the drainages. The diluted bile is collected into the transparent container and detoxified with the blue light. The bile is returned into duodenum gradually as gavage. Prior to gavage, anticholiergic agent is added.
