The invention relates to the technical diagnosis of industrial equipment, the operation of which is accompanied by vibration of its elements, velocity of which can be measured. Method of evaluation of technical state of industrial equipment that can be applied to any equipment that is subject to vibration during operation comprises obtaining the spectra of vibration speed EMBED Equation.3 (mm/sec) in the frequency range from EMBED Equation.3 to EMBED Equation.3 , where EMBED Equation.3 , EMBED Equation.3 - respectively lower and upper frequency limit of vibration measurement at the control points of equipment , and it is determined the amount of power density of vibration EMBED Equation.3 for each control point EMBED Equation.3 , which belong to a piece of equipment, in three mutually perpendicular directions EMBED Equation.3 ( EMBED Equation.3 , EMBED Equation.3 , EMBED Equation.3 , where EMBED Equation.3 corresponds to the vertical direction, EMBED Equation.3 corresponds to the horizontal direction, EMBED Equation.3 corresponds to the axial direction) and full power EMBED Equation.3 , which is spent on the vibration for each control point EMBED Equation.3 in accordance with the expression EMBED Equation.3 , where EMBED Equation.3 is the mass of the component, which accounts for the support at the point EMBED Equation.3 ; EMBED Equation.3 - coefficient which characterizes the attenuation of the vibration signal in the direction of EMBED Equation.3 , acording to which it is determined the relative magnitude of the vibration power loss by the expression EMBED Equation.3 , where EMBED Equation.3 - power, which is obtained by piece of equipment, and it is compared the obtained value EMBED Equation.3 with a limit value which is adopted for a specific size on the basis of the pilot study of sample equipment in good condition. The proposed method will improve the reliability and accuracy of the assessment of equipment condition.
