The device has a clamping wedge (36) which is inserted transversely with respect to a through-opening (D) of perforated block (1) and a clamping jaw (35) is coupled with clamping wedge and is acted upon a clamping surface (13) formed on circumferential surface of perforated block. The clamping wedge is guided transversely in a carrier plate (33) along longitudinal extent while clamping jaw is movable in transverse direction with respect to clamping wedge. An independent claim is included for perforated block.
