THE MESOPOROUS CARBON COATED MONOLITH IS CHARACTERIZED BY A LARGE PORE VOLUME FOR ADSORBING PLURALITY OF MOLECULES AND THE PRECURSOR COMPOSITION COMPRISES A CARBON PRECURSOR, A TEMPLATE, A CROSS LINKING AGENT, A SOLVENT AND A CATALYST.
