The present invention seeks to eliminate drawbacks of existing chopper, crusher, grinder, pulverizer, and decorticator by providing a machine that can be easily operated and maintained, with an effective processing system that can effectively and efficiently chop, crush, grind, pulverize and decorticate a long list of root crops and other materials. As to the technical problems that may occur, one of these is loosened fan belt which is a result of wearing out. Be sure to replace a new one if this happens. Another one is rare but may happen, which is failure of electric motor because of low power electricity. Blades here are used mainly for chopping, grinding, crushing, pulverizing, and decorticating purposes. Therefore, due to the long period/time of use, they may become less sharp than usual. If this is the case, then it is now time to sharpen those edges again. Screens that are used for straining out coarse materials from fine may become rusty over time especially if there is an alternate or simultaneous processing of wet and dry materials. To prevent contaminating the finished product with rust fragments, it is always best to check the screens from time to time. -
