The present utility model is a cracker from soybean (Glycine Max) and coconut (Cocos nucifera) oil including the process of production of said crackers. The composition of the crackers consists of 24.68 pcnt soybean flour, 30.13 pcnt all purpose flour, 3.98 pcnt coconut oil, 39.81 pcnt fresh milk, 0.8 pcnt salt, 0.53 pcnt yeast and 0.07 pcnt baking soda. The product contains with 23.34 pcnt protein and 47.68 pcnt carbohydrates. The cracker of the present utility model has high protein and high energy content and can help the diminish protein-energy malnutrition in the country.
