The present invention relates to a Tübbingelement (100) for a Tübbinganordnung (600) for Innenausschalung a tunnel. The Tübbingelement has a Tübbingkörper (101) and a fiber optic cable (102), which is fastened such to the Tübbingkörper (101) that a change in elongation (402) of the Tübbingkörpers (101) on the fiber optic cable (102) is transferrable. The fiber optic cable (102) extending along a measuring section (401) along the Tübbingkörpers (101), wherein the fiber optic cable (102) along the entire measurement section frictionally with the Tübbingkörper (101) is connected. The fiber optic cable (102) is connectable to an optical measuring device (701) for optically measuring a change in elongation (402) of the fiber optic cable (102) along the entire measuring section (401), wherein the change in elongation (402) of the fiber optic cable (102) indicative for the change in elongation (402) of the Tübbingkörpers (101).
