Installation for generating power using the energy of sea at least consists of a platform (a) with a bellows (1) capable of being pushed by waves (o) and a receptacle (b), associated with said platform (to ) and provided with a high-pressure tank (2a); one low pressure reservoir (2b); a sub-input circuit (3a) connecting a cylinder (5) two-way with the bellows (1) through a shaft piston (51) and the high pressure tank (2a) through one of their pathways; a sub-output circuit (3c) connecting the low pressure tank (2b) with the cylinder (5) through the other route; and an intermediate sub-circuit (3b) which communicates the high pressure tanks (2a) and low pressure (2b) with the interposition of a hydraulic generator (4). # The assembly is submerged or semi-submerged in the sea .
