Improved modular layout for the construction of parks for the practice of skateboarding, bmx or similar of which have a sturdy structure formed by a skeleton of transverse tubes (4) parallel spaced parallel to each other an approximate distance of 300 mm joined by welding to the longitudinal tubes (5); and that it has in its lower part (2a) a piece in receiving fold (6) for the entrance of one end of the tread panel (18), and in its upper part (2b) a connecting end (7) with a stop of tread panel (18) to fix said panel upper and lower, being part in receiving fold (6) and the joint end (7) joined in solidarity with the resistant structure (2) by welding.
