The invention relates to equipment for the continuous feeding and self-harvest of larvae of dipterous insects, comprising at least one reactor which contains a separating element defining an upper chamber and a lower chamber connected by means of a plurality of channels present in the separating element. The lower chamber is connected to a food introducing system and to a system for extracting waste material. Both can be endless screws in corresponding pipes, or they can be the same endless screw in opposite directions of operation.
