An abrasive filament formed from a polyamide composition mixed melt, wherein the polyamide composition comprises: (i) at least one polyamide; (Ii) 0.1-1% by weight of at least one compound of extension of straight chain having a molecular weight of 1000 Daltons or less; (Iii) 0.1-1% by weight of at least one antioxidant; and (iv) 10-40% by weight of abrasive particles, wherein the total wt% of all components in the composition 100% by weight.
