A method for producing an oral delivery device of an agent (492) comprising: (i) assembling (410) one or more layers (422, 423, 424, 426) comprising one or more materials with an agent or formula that releases an agent in a generally flat assembly to form an integrated device (432); (ii) folding (420) said integrated supply device (432) to form a folded integrated supply device (482) defining a first axis, such that the folded device (482) has folds with increasingly smaller amplitudes after moving away of the first axis so that it forms a partially rounded cross section; and (iii) at least partially enclose (430) said folded supply device (482) in a form (492) suitable for oral delivery.
