A photovoltaic system feeding an adaptive power control generates a DC voltage (Vpv) and a direct current (Ipv) through a photovoltaic panel (10), the voltage (Vpv) and current (Ipv) controlled to provide an electrical output for supplying a load (50): the photovoltaic power system comprising: a load control unit (20) electrically connected to the photovoltaic panel (10); one rechargeable battery unit (30) electrically connected to the photovoltaic panel (10) and the load control unit (20); a first switching unit (SW1) electrically connected to the photovoltaic panel (10); a second switching unit (SW2) electrically connected to the load control unit (20) and rechargeable battery unit (30); a packaging unit of power (40) electrically connected to the photovoltaic panel (10), the first switching unit (SW1) and the second switching unit (SW2) and a control unit switching (60) electrically connected to the panel PV (10), the first switching unit (SW1) and the second switching unit (SW2), receiving the control unit switching (60) the DC voltage (Vpv) and current (Ipv) generated by the photovoltaic panel (10); in which the electric power generated by the photovoltaic panel (10) is regulated to supply the load (50), through the conditioning unit power (40) and the electric power generated by the photovoltaic panel (10) controls, to charge the rechargeable battery (30), by means of the control unit load (20), the control unit switching (60) activates the first switching unit (Sw1) and deactivates the second unit switching (Sw2) when the photovoltaic panel (10) can provide the electric power; wherein the electric power stored in the rechargeable battery (30) is regulated to supply the load (50), through the conditioning unit power (40), the control unit switching (60) deactivates the first switching unit (Sw1) and activates the second switching unit (SW2) when the photovoltaic panel (10) can not provide electrical power, wherein the control unit switching (60) is configured to produce a first signal control (S1) and a second control signal (S2) for activating / deactivating the first switching unit (SW1) and the second switching unit (SW2), respectively, wherein the first control signal (S1) and the second control signal (S2) are signals of complementary levels.
