A method for processing data in a transmission end of a system of wireless mobile communication, the method comprising the steps of: receiving, in a layer convergence protocol packet data, PDCP, the transmitting end, a first block data from an upper layer of the transmitting end; generating a second data block including the first data block in the PDCP layer of the transmission end; discarding the first data block present in the PDCP layer if it has passed a certain period of time; and characterized by indicating, from the PDCP layer of the transmitting end, a layer of Link Control Radio, RLC, the transmitting end to discard a data block RLC appropriate if the second data has already been transferred from the PDCP layer of the transmitting end to the RLC layer of the transmission end.
