Process use of co-products wineries. # The process involves obtaining the dry matter containing wine lees in suspension by separation of suspended solids having wine lees by any technique as centrifugation, filtration or evaporation followed by drying of the sludge obtained, or direct evaporation of the liquid fraction of the lees. This process produces a material of organic nature (but with a variable composition of inorganic components) with a high protein content and can be used for animal feed, human, plant or microorganism.
