摘要
Device for internal fixation of the fragments (2, 3) bone in a fracture (4) radio device comprising at least one body (1) to abut against the fragments (2, 3) of bone fracture (4) radius, and elements (6, 7) of attachment are intended to be locked in the body for fixation of said bone fragments, body (1) having a part (1a) of the distal end at least two holes (8) predrilled for elements (6) fixing, and a portion (1b) proximal end at least two holes (9) predrilled for elements (7) fixing, wherein the holes (8, 9 ) predrilled run obliquely with respect to a longitudinal axis (L) of the body (1) so that all elements (6, 7) fastening, after abutting the body against the fragments (2, 3) bone fracture (5) of radio, they are introduced into said bone fragments through holes (8, 9) in the part and (1a) and the distal end portion (1b) proximal end of the body through the radius fracture as viewed in the transverse direction of the body; each element (6, 7) for fastening has at least one portion (10; 10a, 10b) for fixing to lock the fastener in the fragments (2, 3) bone in the fracture (4) radio and block the fastener body (1); and the holes (9) pre-drilled in part (1b) of the proximal end of the body (1) run obliquely relative to the longitudinal axis (L) of the body so that the elements (7) fixing introduced through these are located, as seen in the longitudinal direction of the body in a substantially common plane which is oriented substantially in the longitudinal direction of the body, characterized in that the holes (8) pre-drilled in the part (1a) of the distal end of body (1) run obliquely relative to the axis (L) longitudinal body so that the elements (6) fixing introduced through them are situated in different planes as seen in the longitudinal direction of the body, and that the planes in which the elements (6) are placed distal fixation extend at angles to the plane in which the elements (7) and a proximal fixation co lie n over other as seen in the longitudinal direction of the body (1).
