The use of a structured water to reduce the free radicals of the skin, wherein said structured water comprises a group structure having an electronegative or electropositive aggregate of ion stabilized water molecules with at least one antioxidant agent integrated within said group structure, and wherein said structured water is produced by the addition of the antioxidant agent to the unstructured feed water comprising an ionic composition of cations and anions and having a conductivity of approximately 250 to 450 μs / cm and a pH from approximately 5.0 to 7.5, followed by feeding unstructured feedwater containing antioxidants through a device to produce an electrostatic field from 60 to 120 V to generate aggregates with positive radicals and aggregates with negative radicals for form water S or structured water I, respectively, in which structured water I is characterized by a conductivity of 500 to 3500 μs / cm and a pH of 2.0 to 4.0, in which structured water S is characterized by a conductivity of 600 to 2500 μs / cm and a pH of 10.0 to 12.0 .
