A purinylpyridinylamino-2,4-difluorophenyl sulfonamidederivative of formula (see above formula) apharmaceuticallyacceptable salt thereof, a preparation method thereof, anda pharmaceutical composition with an inhibitory activityagainst Raf kinase, containing the same as an activeingredient are provided. The purinylpyridinylamino-2,4-difluorophenylsulfonamide derivative of the presentinvention effectively regulates the activity of B-Rafkinase, and thus may be useful for preventing or treatingcancers induced by the over-activation of Raf kinase,especially various melanoma, colorectal cancer, prostatecancer, thyroid cancer, ovarian cancer and the like.
