A large-caliber water hose burst pressure testing machine comprises a rack (1), a plurality of supporting legs (2) for supporting and fixing the rack, a pressure gauge and a hydraulic pump station, a left burst oil cylinder (7) and a right burst oil cylinder (8) are arranged on a left bracket (5) and a right bracket (6) which are symmetrical, respectively, an output shaft of the left burst oil cylinder (7) passes through a left cylinder base flange (10) to be fixedly connected with a left conical water hose fixture mould core (13) with a left water inlet (17), an output shaft of the right burst oil cylinder (8) passes through a right cylinder base flange (12) to be fixedly connected with a right conical hose fixture mould core (14) with a right water inlet (18), a left fixture mould sleeve (15) and a right fixture mould sleeve (16) for clamping the water hose on the mould cores are cooperatively arranged on the upper and the lower sides of the left conical water hose fixture mould core (13) and right conical water hose fixture mould core (14), and a left loading and unloading operating lever (24) and a right loading and unloading operating lever (25) are further arranged on the left bracket (5) and right bracket (6). The testing machine is reasonable in structure, convenient for use and can improve the production efficiency.
