Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a method and apparatus for automatic sending of service by a northbound interface. The northbound interface reads service data of all tasks in a task list according to a preset reading rule and obtains the preset execution time points of the various tasks; the northbound interface analyzes in real-time whether or not the obtained preset execution time points are arrived at; and when the obtained preset execution time points are arrived at, the northbound interface sends to a lower-level network administration the service data of the tasks the preset execution time points of which are arrived at.
