Disclosed are a system and method for co-supply and co-production in coal gasification and coal coking. The method comprises the following steps: a part of raw material coal undergoes a coal gasification process to prepare a crude synthesis gas of coal gasification, which is cooled, transformed and purified to obtain a clean synthesis gas of coal gasification and carbon dioxide, and the clean synthesis gas of coal gasification undergoes a chemical synthesis to prepare a chemical product; and the other part of the raw material coal is coked to obtain coke and a crude coke-oven gas, a part of the obtained coke is reacted with the carbon dioxide obtained in the coal gasification process to prepare carbon monoxide, the obtained crude coke-oven gas is purified to obtain a clean coke-oven gas, and then the carbon monoxide is mixed with the clean coke-oven gas according to a ratio to prepare a synthesis gas of coal coking, which undergoes a chemical synthesis to prepare a chemical product. In the present invention, the co-supply method of recovering and conveying CO2 produced in the coal gasification process to the coal coking process to produce the synthesis gas effectively improves the utilization efficiency of coal while saving energy and reducing emission.
