The present invention relates to a panel unit for a two-way hollow-core slab, which is simply made in the form of one unit formed by coupling beforehand a plurality of hollow-core bodies for the two-way hollow-core slab to the upper and lower reinforcing bars of the slab, and to a method for producing same and a method for constructing a two-way hollow-core slab by preferably using same. The panel unit for a two-way hollow-core slab according to the present invention is formed by connecting a plurality of single units widthwise, wherein the single units comprise: a plurality of hollow-core bodies arranged in a row; and upper and lower distributing bars bound to the upper and lower parts of the hollow-core bodies, wherein the hollow-core bodies comprise: a body part having corners rounded to have a curved surface and having a three-dimensional shape; a plurality of spacing parts protruding by a predetermined length from either side of the body part and maintaining a space between the neighboring hollow-core bodies; and a plurality of reinforcing bar coupling parts in the form of columns having therein grooves, into which the upper/lower distributing bars are inserted, and formed to protrude along the corners on the upper and lower sides of the body part, the panel unit being characterized by being formed by installing upper and lower main bars cross-linked to the upper/lower distributing bars, with the plurality of single units parallelly arranged apart from one another with a predetermined gap therebetween.
