A carbon dioxide gas laser tube and a preparation method therefor. The carbon dioxide gas laser tube comprises laser lenses and a glass tube (20), characterised in that the laser lenses are fixedly sealed to ports of the glass tube (20) via metal rings matching the port expansion coefficient of the glass tube (20), the metal rings being arranged between the laser lenses and the ports of the glass tube (20). Adjusting screws are not used to connect the laser lenses to the glass tube, as in a laser tube having an adjustable lens angle, thereby ensuring that the laser lens connections are stable. Other welding tungsten needles are not needed, and current may be introduced into the laser tube via the metal rings.
