The invention relates to a soil-cultivation unit, formed by a tractive vehicle (21) and a driven soil-cultivation machine, or by a tractive vehicle (21) and a passive, drawn soil-cultivation device (22), for conserving-type soil cultivation. Said soil cultivation unit has a device carrier comprising grubber tools for receiving one or more grubber shares (6) and is characterised in that: a closed-loop control unit (23) is provided to access data which can be detected during the work process, prior to and after a working area has been passed over and also during the work process; controller devices (10) are provided, using which the blade geometry of the grubber shares (6) can be set; the closed-loop control unit (23) is configured such that manipulated variables for setting the blade geometry can be generated from the detected data during the work process; and the blade geometry of the grubber shares (6) can be permanently set as a result of the manipulated variables generated during the work process. The invention also relates to a corresponding soil-cultivation method.
