Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for extracting and transferring emotion information on the basis of a camera photography effect. The method for extracting and transferring emotion information on the basis of a camera photography effect provided in the present invention comprises the steps of: analyzing a non-speech section image according to a predetermined camera grammar on the basis of a camera photography effect of the non-speech section image, extracting and coding emotion information of the non-speech section image according to the result of the analysis, and receiving the coded emotion information through a user terminal; converting the coded emotion information into a corresponding vibration according to the emotion information received through the user terminal; and transferring the vibration to a user through the user terminal.
