COMBINED-TYPE DOUBLE X-SHAPED COMPOSITE GUIDING SYSTEM

A combined-type double X-shaped composite guiding system, comprising two guiding bodies (51, 52) having identical sizes and structures and front/rear symmetry, and a movable beam (3). Guiding sides of the guiding bodies (51, 52) are provided with protruding portions, two sides of upper parts of the protruding portions are symmetrically provided with first guiding surfaces, and two sides of lower parts of the protruding portions are symmetrically provided with second guiding surfaces. Extension lines of the first guiding surfaces and the second guiding surfaces pass through the centre of a combined-type bidirectional pre-stress bearing frame, forming a combined-type double X-shaped composite guiding structure. Upper ends of the two guiding bodies (51, 52) are fixedly connected via a pre-stress pull rod, and lower parts of the two guiding bodies (51, 52) are fixedly connected to the movable beam (3). The guiding system is used for performing guiding on the combined-type bidirectional pre-stress bearing frame, and has a safe and reliable bearing capacity and operating accuracy.
